Cheat Days 101

Updated: Jan 10, 2024

So this is a new avenue for me! But I feel confident that this is a topic that everyone can relate to. Cheat Days 101 will be a look at where you would go if you are gonna have a cheat day. With the ringing in of the New Year 2024 everyone starts to reflect on the last year and how they can improve on things and what successes they want to celebrate.

In the new year there will be days when you are very disciplined about what you eat and how many chocolates you allow yourself. Then there will be days when you are really feeling like you need a break and want to go for it, where do you go? I will be looking for those places and the perfect meal that really ticks all the boxes for me and once I am done with that meal, I sit back and say "That was worth the calories!" If it doesn't do that for you then it was a miss, and you will have to wait until your next cheat day to try again. Where do you go? Share with me your favorite place to fulfill your inner urges and I will do the same.

Getting to know my story

My name is Kim Thompson, I have been  a story teller from day one. I believe that everyone has a story to tell and that every place has a history worth reading about, or if you are lucky enough, worth experiencing it for yourself. I have been to a lot of places in my years of travels, I so far have spent a lot of times in the Southern US, but I hope to venture out of my comfort zone this year and find new adventures and places to share. Lets find new paths to follow together! Want to come?  Follow me!eteflipfloplife101@gmail.com
